Waste Operator FAQ's
Customers seeking waste clearance services provide their requirements and contact details through our web form. We then contact the customer and provide an estimate, if they are happy to proceed, the job is then booked to a waste collector in the area of the customer. Once a booking is made, you receive an email notification with all the details. Final payment is made to you on site, and Junkout will follow up with a customer satisfaction call to get feedback.

To ensure you are eligible to provide waste clearance services, the Junkout.uk team must review your documents. The uploaded documents also help determine your level of insurance coverage.
Your documents can be attached to the sign up form when first applying, or can be emailed into the approvals team at info@junkout.uk
When a customer makes the booking via the website, we review all their requirements and provide an estimate for the job before you visit in person.
Junkout.uk charges a flat 30% fee on the final price provided and accepted by the customer on site. This will be payable to Junkout.uk upon receiving and invoice from us.

If you are running late for a appointment, you must notify the customer immediately and provide regular updates on your estimated arrival time. If the delay exceeds 60 minutes, you are also required to inform the team at Junkout.uk and share details about the situation.
