These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://junkout.uk (“the Website”), which is operated by Amelia Enterprises Ltd (“we,” “our,” “us”), a company registered in the United Kingdom, Company No. 15642461. The terms “driver”, “Man with a Van”, ”Man and Van”, “service provider”, “waste operator”, “Providers”, refer to independent companies or self employed individuals receiving confirmed bookings from the Junkout.uk online booking platform. The terms “customer”, “client” refers to the person making the online booking and receiving the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website, or by completing a booking, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. 2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Website:
- In any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm others, including minors.
- To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent.
- To transmit any harmful or malicious code, viruses, or malware.
3. Services
Junkout.uk provides an advertising and booking service for independent self employed local waste clearance businesses, individuals. When making a booking you are agreeing to an independent self-employed waste collector, service provider coming to your house to give you a price to clear the rubbish, if you are then happy with the price they will proceed to clear all the waste as agreed. These agreements on the price and service required are between you and the service provider. Junkout.uk acts solely as a booking platform and does not employ the service providers. Service providers are independent contractors who set their own pricing and service terms.
Junkout.uk and Amelia Enterprises Ltd act only as facilitator between service providers and customers and Junkout.uk doesn’t directly control the actions of service providers.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, design, graphics, text, logos, and images available on this Website are the property of Amelia Enterprises Ltd or licensed to us and are protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, without our prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.
5. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Website, you may be required to register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

6. Pricing and Payment
It is not possible to give a ‘price’ for a job without first seeing the job. Our ‘Load Type’ page is there to give you an estimate on the final price. Once a booking has been made a service provider will attend and inspect the job, they will then give you a final price. At this point you are under no obligation to accept the price, however if you are happy to accept the price and proceed, they will load up there and then. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment for services is due on completion and is paid directly to the service provider, payment can be made via cash, BACS and cheque. In the case of multiple loads, the service provider may request partial payments upon completion of each load. This arrangement will be agreed upon before service commences.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your booking for junk removal services by notifying us at least 6 hours before the scheduled service.
8. Limitation of Liability
Junkout.uk or Amelia Enterprises Ltd is not liable for any damages, loss, or injury caused during the clearance process unless caused by our direct negligence or breach of contract

- Your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

- Each service provider has their own Public Liability Insurance and they take full responsibility for any losses or damages to your property.
- Junkout.uk or Amelia Enterprises Ltd isn’t liable for any disputes regarding the pricing or terms of service between the customer and service provider.
- If you incur any losses or damages to your property during the course for the clearance booking then you are required to make a claim against the service provider Public Liability Insurance policy. Full details can be provided to you by the service provider upon request.
- Amelia Enterprises Ltd or junkout.uk shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage to your goods or premises or any other loss suffered by you arising from any booking made.
- The Service Provider will be liable for any loss or damage to your premises and goods, provided you provide satisfactory evidence that the damage or loss was caused by the service provider and not by you or a third party. Their liability to you is limited as follows:
- If the service provider damages premises or property they are only liable for repairing the damaged area.
- The service provider is not liable for any damage caused to any premises or goods if you disregard the advice of the service provider.
- You must notify us by email or telephone as soon as you become aware of any damage caused to your premises or goods during the clearance job and no later than seven days from the date of the booking.
- Neither Amelia Enterprises Ltd nor its service providers are liable for:
- Damage caused as a result of your actions and/or breach of these Terms;
- Damage to your electrical goods (unless you can provide evidence that such damage was due to the service providers negligence);
- Loss incurred if any of your goods were already damaged or had an inherent defect;
- If you decide to assist the service provider with moving, loading, or unloading any goods, or travel with the service provider in their vehicle, you do so at your own risk, and neither the service provider nor Amelia Enterprises Ltd, junkout.uk will be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such actions.
- Neither the service provider nor Amelia Enterprises ltd or junkout.uk are liable for any damage or loss if any of the following occur:
- Acts of God, including but not limited to floods, droughts, earthquakes, or other natural disasters;
- Epidemics or pandemics;
- Acts of war, threats or preparations for war, riots, nuclear or chemical containment, changes in law or actions taken by a government or public authority, building collapses, fires, explosions, or accidents, and any labor or trade disputes, strikes, industrial actions, or lockouts;
- Any events that can reasonably be considered outside of our control.
